Fábio Mancha Judô - aims to provide everyone with access to sport in an integral way, for a better formation of citizens who seek the common good and mutual respect, following the Bushido principles and the teachings of Kodokan Judo.

Another objective is to bring the members together, encourage the improvement and development of Kodokan Judo, supporting its practice throughout the state of Rio de Janeiro, focusing on the technical, ethical and philosophical guidelines from the Kodokan Institute, Tokyo/Japan.
